After-Prom is an all night event hosted by the LHS PTSA on the evening
of Prom. It is for all LHS senior & junior students and their guests.
This is a fun, safe event for our young adults to provide them with an
alternative to unsupervised parties after the Prom dinner/dance has ended.
After-Prom provides lots of activities and entertainment throughout the
evening including the very popular Casino. Along with all the activities,
our food committee makes sure we have plenty of good food to keep students
& volunteers going into the morning. The event ends with a drawing
for some great prizes for the students that stayed the entire event.
The LHS PTSA & staff feel this event is important and makes a difference
in keeping our students safe on this special evening. Our intentions are
to keep this event going for years to come - free of charge to the students.
However, the cost to host After-Prom is about $10,000 and requires many
volunteers to be successful. Contribution of time and/or money from all
parents is necessary. Please visit the PTSA Website for information on

In addition to monetary or time contribution we will host a few fundraisers
throughout the year. Below is a list of fundraisers planned to date. The
‘Dinner Nights’ are easy to do and at no additional cost to
you. Please support LHS After-Prom by participating if you can.
