The "Lakewood High School Foundation" consists of a group of parents, community members, and staff, working together to raise money for the school. In its eighth year of existence, the Foundation has proudly raised over $250,000.00 going directly back to the school. Its two major fund-raising events are the Tiger Prowl in the Fall and the Silent Auction and Dinner in the Spring (April 28, 2012) Denim to Diamonds @ Mile High Stadium Club Sports Authority Field @ Mile High.
